Project Details

Our forming and shoring systems were recently used to construct the foundation and the first two floors of an affordable housing project in The Bronx. Once completed, this 12-story building will provide 277 affordable housing units for New York City families. 

Our FrameLite Panels were used to form the foundation, along with the structural walls and columns for the first two floors. Our H20 Shoring System was also used to support the concrete slab construction for the first two floors. The remaining ten floors will be built with pre-cast concrete. 

Construction is expected to be completed in 2027.
