To enhance their lifespan and performance, we offer comprehensive off-site cleaning, maintenance, and refurbishment services. Our state-of-the-art cleaning facility allows us to efficiently refurbish all brands of formwork. Upon receipt, each piece of formwork is assessed, and customers receive a detailed schedule outlining the condition and specific refurbishment steps. We manage a five-step refurbishment process and provide nationwide collection and delivery services, ensuring your formwork is ready for re-use.

1. Evaluation

Our refurbishment process begins with a thorough evaluation to classify formwork based on its condition into the following categories:

• Formwork requiring only cleaning

• Formwork needing minimal repairs

• Plywood that is unusable and must be replaced

• Panels with minimally damaged frames needing refurbishment, including welding.

• Completely unusable panels that are disposed of as scrap.

This precise categorization ensures each item receives the necessary treatment to maximize durability and functionality.

2. Cleaning

Once assessed, the formwork undergoes a rigorous cleaning regimen. Initial dirt and residue are removed using a high-pressure washer capable of reaching up to two thousand bar pressure. This ensures thorough cleaning across all brands of formwork to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and functionality.

3. Repair

During the refurbishment assessment, panels with excessive wear or damage undergo comprehensive repair. Small, damaged areas or holes on the plywood face are meticulously drilled out and sealed with repair insert discs. It is important to note that if more than four discs are required per square meter, replacing the plywood is recommended to ensure optimal safety and structural integrity on-site.

4. Refurbishment

Any minor damage or cracks identified in the steel frame of the formwork are expertly welded during this refurbishment stage. This crucial step restores the structural integrity of the frame, ensuring it is fully functional and safe for use on construction sites.

5. Painting
