National Sales Director New York City Metropolitan Area (Hybrid)

  • Full Time.

  • 1. Sales Strategy & Planning:

    • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets

    • Conduct market research, analyze sales data, and identify opportunities to drive growth

    • Create and manage sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and other sales metrics


    2. Team Management:

    • Lead, motivate, and coach a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales targets

    • Recruit, train, and onboard new sales team members

    • Develop and implement sales training programs to ensure team members have the necessary skills and knowledge


    3. Sales Operations:

    • Manage sales processes, tools, and systems to optimize sales performance

    • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Customer Success) to ensure

    alignment and maximize sales opportunities


    4. Customer Relationships:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth

    • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention

    • 3+ years of sales management experience, preferably in the forming and shoring industry.

    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth

    • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in recruiting, training, and developing sales teams

    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in sales data analysis and reporting

    • Experience with CRM systems and sales tools (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Monday.com)

    • Familiarity with industry trends and market conditions

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or a related field


  • In accordance with applicable state and local pay transparency laws, Stateside Forming Ltd. is committed to providing an equitable compensation structure for all roles. The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $500,000 annually, which is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and geographic location. Final compensation will be determined at the time of offer.

  • 1. Comply with agreed company goals, processes & procedures

    2. Work together with all departments with the aim of providing an excellent client experience

    3. Design solutions - ensure all design solutions are:

    • Compliant with all applicable codes & standards

    • Safe, technically accurate & cost effective

    • Produced in a timely manner to achieve contract goals

    • Detailed to meet US/OSHA design and quality standards

    • Checked and approved

    4. Project costing and equipment sourcing

    5. Assist sales team with preliminary bids/pricing

    6. Visit job sites and attend meetings with clients

    7. Provide full and accurate material lists for contracted projects

    8. Effectively communicate with our logistics team at design phase

    9. Submit materials list to logistics team with sufficient time to source equipment

    10. Project management

    • Ensure scope and timing are defined and that delivery to plan is achieved

    • Ensure that concerns regarding delivery to plan are escalated early and appropriately

  • Education

    • Bachelor’s degree in civil or mechanical engineering or equivalent discipline

    • Associates degree plus minimum three years' work experience

    Experience / Skills

    • Ability to design with AutoCAD 2D/3D

    • Ability to use 3D visualization tools

    • Ability to perform basic calculations to specify correct loads and solutions from the different

    formwork / shoring systems

    • Knowledge of local laws and regulations regarding formwork / shoring is preferred

    • Practical jobsite experience in the use of formwork / shoring is preferred

    • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office

    • Proactive problem solving and continuous improvement mindset

    • Good written and verbal communication skills

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $180,000 annually, which is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and geographic location. Final compensation will be determined at the time of offer.
