Stateside Forming Inc. - Last updated: May 19th, 2026
1. Introduction
Stateside Forming Inc. ("Stateside Forming," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website www.statesideforming.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you. We are a formwork and shoring supplier based at 210 Beach Road, West Haverstraw, NY 10993. Our Site is directed at business customers and contractors in the United States.
2. Information we collect
2.1 Information you provide directly
We collect personal information you give us when you use the forms on our Site:
Contact form - Your name, email address, phone number, company name, and the details of your inquiry.
Careers page - Your name, email, phone number, resume or CV, and anything else you include in a job application.
Become a Distributor form - Your name, email, phone number, company name, and related business details.
Phone inquiries - If you call us, we may note your name, number, and what you asked about.
2.2 Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site, some information is collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies:
Squarespace analytics - Our hosting platform, Squarespace, uses first-party cookies to gather aggregate, anonymous usage data: page views, visitor counts, traffic sources, and general geographic region. None of this identifies you personally.
Google Tag Manager and Google Ads conversion tracking - We use Google Tag Manager to run a Google Ads conversion tracking tag. This tells us whether someone who clicked one of our ads then took an action on the Site, such as calling us or filling out a form. Google may set cookies to record these conversions. We do not use remarketing or retargeting to follow you around the web with ads after you leave our Site.
Device and browser data - Standard technical information like your IP address, browser type, operating system, and referring URL is collected automatically by our hosting platform and analytics tools.
2.3 Information we do not collect
We do not collect sensitive personal information through our Site. That means no Social Security numbers, financial account details, payment card numbers, health records, or government-issued IDs. The Site does not process payments or handle e-commerce transactions.
3. How we use your information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
Responding to your questions about our formwork and shoring products and services.
Reviewing job applications submitted through the Careers page.
Evaluating distributor partnership requests.
Measuring whether our advertising campaigns are working, through conversion tracking.
Understanding how visitors use the Site so we can improve it.
Meeting legal obligations and protecting our rights.
4. Cookies and tracking technologies
The Site uses a small number of cookies:
Essential/platform cookies - Squarespace sets cookies that the Site needs to function, including session management and security. These cannot be switched off.
Analytics cookies - Squarespace analytics cookies collect aggregate, non-personally identifiable data about how people use the Site.
Advertising cookies - Google Ads conversion tracking cookies measure whether ad clicks result in phone calls or form submissions. We do not use these for remarketing or behavioral advertising.
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Be aware that doing so may affect how parts of the Site work.
5. How we share your information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
We share information only in these limited situations:
Service providers - Third parties that help us run the Site and our business, specifically Squarespace (hosting and analytics) and Google (ad conversion tracking). They process data on our behalf and are contractually required to use it only to provide services to us.
Legal requirements - We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government regulation, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
Business transfers - If Stateside Forming is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may transfer as part of that transaction. We will post a notice on the Site if that happens.
6. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live in the United States, state privacy laws may give you specific rights over your personal information. We honor these rights for all visitors, regardless of state.
6.1 Rights available to you
Right to know - You can ask us what personal information we have collected about you, where we got it, why we collected it, and who we shared it with.
Right to delete - You can ask us to delete personal information we collected from you, subject to certain legal exceptions.
Right to correct - You can ask us to fix inaccurate personal information we hold about you.
Right to opt out of sale or sharing - We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. There is nothing to opt out of today. If that ever changes, we will update this policy and provide an opt-out mechanism.
Non-discrimination - We will not treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.
6.2 How to exercise your rights
